NEIK had the pleasure and honor of interview Mr. Timothy Frazier, former Federal Officer of the Blue Ribbon Commission on America's Nuclear Future (BRC) and former Senior Official at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Mr. Frazier offered his thoughts on the status of nuclear waste management in the U.S., the definition of consent-based siting, and areas for possible international cooperation on the back-end nuclear fuel cycle.
